USP was founded on 1 June 1981 by consultants from one of Europe’s leasing business and recruitment consulting firms. Back then, the company offered additional HR services alongside recruiting, such as professional development and coaching. Ernst-August Sundermann joined the organisation in 1992.
The company was then renamed to USP SUNDERMANN CONSULTING. After over four decades, we continue to thrive in a sector in which only 100% success is accepted. Here, finding the right candidate for the job is essential. The process must be quick, smooth, precise and provide lasting success. We have delivered this for countless clients, from market-listed companies to family-run businesses.
As a result, we continue to collaborate with some of our very first clients, even after over 40 years. We aim to not only maintain our level of service, but to constantly adapt to the changing and ever more complex needs of our clients. Only this can ensure that we continue to find the right people for the job every time.
